Three Word Wednesday-Deeply

Three Word Wednesday

Prompts: Madly, adjective: in a manner suggesting or characteristic of insanity, with extreme intensity (informal).

Nocturnal, adjective: done, occurring, or active at night.

Omen, noun: an event regarded as a portent of good or evil, prophetic significance.

Was it an omen?
That I hated the movie
That my former beau
Took me to?
That we argued and parted?
Only for me to mope
And moan
Enough so my friend
Decided I had to meet you?
Nocturnal, you were not
Neither was I
We found likes the same
Values the same
Family sizes alike.
Friendship grew from love
Time went by
We shared each moment
Of joy and sorrow
Still nothing has changed
From that moment
 The taunting, tantalizing way
You make me feel
Still turns me to Jell-O
When you are near
For I love you madly,
Deeply without reservation
You bring out the best parts of me
I breathe because of you.

Three Word Wednesday - Positivity

Prompts ;Harrowing, adjective: acutely distressing.
Imperfect, adjective: not perfect; faulty or incomplete.
Lame, adjective: (of a person or animal) unable to walk normally because of an injury or illness affecting the leg or foot, (of an explanation or excuse) unconvincingly feeble, (of something intended to be entertaining) uninspiring and dull, (of a person) naive or inept, especially socially.

  Positivity

Some would call me lame
Because I limp
So what?
I’m imperfect
They don’t see the real me
Behind the pounds
That have piled on
Due to ill health
If they did
They’d know
I’d been through
Harrowing, continuing health scares
I choose not to dwell upon
Or talk about
Life is hard
So what?
My inner light is bright
Positive and warm
It guides me through life
To accept what I cannot change
And soldier on
Good health genes mixed with bad
Still the good ones will out
In positivity.

Three Word Wednesday- Filled

Prompts: Eager, adjective: (of a person) wanting to do or have something very much, (of a person's expression or tone of voice) characterized by keen expectancy or interest.

Frenzy, noun: a state or period of uncontrolled excitement or wild behavior.

Guzzle, verb: eat or drink (something) greedily.

Guzzling freely
I drink in life
The good
the bad
The happy
The sad

In a frenzy
 I open myself up
Eager to feel it all
For life is precious
The days too few
It seems

I want most of all
To leave my love ones
Happy
With memories of joyful
Times
Filled with hope
To live everyday
Like my last

Filled
With love
